   Group O - Planning Manager

Responsibilities: Group O’s Marketing Solutions division has an opportunity for a strong relationship marketing professional to join our team in the role of Planning Manager. The successful candidate will shape one of the nation’s largest and most sophisticated customer lifecycle management programs, and will be responsible for managing, planning, prioritizing and executing marketing campaigns to our client’s base of nearly 100 million wireless and wireline customers via multiple channels. Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Managing the planning function for national, regional and local campaigns.
• Evaluating campaign proposals to market products and services to existing customers via direct mail, e-mail, text message, telemarketing, and bill insert channels.
• Prioritizing campaigns competing for scarce channel resources.
• Liaising with list management team to triage and prioritize campaign list requests.
• Championing process improvement and capability development related to campaign planning and execution.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• The qualified candidate will have a strong background in CRM or direct marketing, and a strong aptitude for planning and program management.
• Familiarity with wireless, wireline and IP-based communication services.
• Demonstrated strong analytic and fact-based decision-making skills, especially as related to CRM campaign evaluation.
• Outstanding computer skills and proficiency using MS Office products including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with Marketing Resource Management software.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Must be self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision in a highly matrixed organization.
• Ability to be a team member and promote a positive atmosphere throughout the organization.

   Energy Market Innovations  - Survery Research Manager (Job ID# SRM2010)

Responsibilities: Energy Market Innovations (EMI) is seeking a Survey Research Manager to join our team in our Seattle office. The ideal candidate is an early to mid-career professional with a solid academic background and 5+ years of relevant work experience with increasing responsibility. Employee growth and intellectual contributions are fundamental to EMI’s culture and vision.

This position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of collection, management, and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data associated with the high quality research studies that EMI conducts to inform the development, optimization, and evaluation of utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs.

This individual will work internally with EMI analysts to:

* Understand each project’s research goals, objectives and target audiences;
* Design valid survey instruments and interview protocols;
* Manage the execution of data collection including coordination with outside vendors and contractors;
* Manage and ensure the quality of sample and survey databases; and
* Perform statistical analyses appropriate to the study design.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have the following profile:
* Survey and Market Research Methods: Demonstrated experience with a variety of survey and market research methods, including but not limited to phone, Internet, and mail surveys; focus groups; in-depth interviews; 360 assessments; and panel studies.

* Management: Demonstrated experience managing survey research projects and coordinating with research collaborators including CATI centers, in-depth interviewers, focus group moderators, etc.

* Questionnaire Development and Research Design: Ability to lead the design of valid survey instruments, interview guides, and focus group protocols.

* Training: Ability to develop training materials and provide training of interviewers and moderators.

* Database Management and Quality Control: Develop, manage, and ensure the quality of both sample frame and constructed survey databases.

* Statistical Analysis: Demonstrated experience in data analysis using appropriate statistical methods that is consistent with the overall research design and goals.

* Minimum of 5 years of experience the design and management of survey research.

* At least a Master’s degree. PhD is preferred.

* Expert level skills with SPSS.

* Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership, initiative, and accountability for the quality of research and accuracy of results provided to EMI’s clients.

   True North - Marketing Coordinator

True North has an immediate opportunity for a marketing coordinator in their Seattle office. True North is a leading manufacturer of quality bags and fire resistant workwear for the fire, search & rescue, and industrial safety markets.

The marketing coordinator reports to the company President and is responsible for executing marketing tactics that generate brand awareness, brand perception, and drive increased distribution to the wholesale and retail channels.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with developing and maintaining annual marketing calendar/budget for print, digital, and event marketing channels
• Coordinate industry trade show marketing, including booth display and promotions designed to meet trade show goals
• Manage design and production of company brochures and sales sheets
• Coordinate creative and production of print, internet, and email marketing campaigns,
• Execute company social media strategy
• Manage company website content
• Maintain a digital assets database of product & application images, videos, and logos
• Write press releases, product descriptions, and E-newsletters
• Coordinate marketing efforts for the company’s Firefighting Training Scholarship program
• Work with sales team to develop and update product user guides

Minimum Requirements:   
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
• 3 years related marketing work experience
• 3 years experience managing design agencies, photographers, and web developers
• Proficiency using Google Analytics and analyzing marketing results
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment, yet has the self-direction to complete   responsibilities without significant management oversight.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds

Preferred:
• Proficiency using design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM software
• Experience marketing for a product manufacturer
